Nothing you answer leaves this page. There is no upload, no photograph, no account and no request: the scoring code is part of the page you already downloaded, and your answers are held in this browser tab only. Disconnect your network after this page loads and the test still finishes.
That is also why it asks you to look at your own wrist and your own iris rather than at a selfie. A phone camera's white balance is the single biggest source of error in color analysis, and we would rather ask you than guess from a JPEG.

What the ten questions measure
Three axes, and each question feeds exactly one of them. That is what makes a result traceable: every answer moves one axis by a known amount, and nothing else.
Undertone — Cool against Warm

How the verdict is decided
In two stages, not one. First the family. Each axis that has a reading vouches for the two families that share its pole — warm speaks for Spring and Autumn, deep for Autumn and Winter, bright for Spring and Winter — and the family that collects the most evidence wins. An axis that came out near zero contributes almost nothing rather than flipping the answer.
Then the variant. Whichever of the three axes reads most extreme is the one that names you: depth most extreme makes you a Light or a Deep, clarity most extreme makes you a Soft or a Bright, and neither standing out makes you a True. Undertone never breaks that tie — everybody inside a family reads decisively warm or decisively cool, so at parity it says nothing about which member you are.
This replaced an earlier single-stage model that measured distance to twelve fixed points. That model could not express “which axis stands out”: three mild agreements outvoted one strong one, so a maximally bright profile kept being absorbed by the True season sitting near the middle.
What high, medium and low actually mean
Confidence here is about the stability of the decision, not about how neatly you fit a type. A profile can sit exactly on an archetype and still be one answer away from a different verdict — reporting that as certainty is the failure this replaced.

Most complete questionnaires come back medium, and that is deliberate rather than a weakness in the scoring. A borderline reading described as borderline is worth more than a confident one that is wrong, and the border is exactly what the comparison pages are for.
