Refund policy
If the dossier was not what you wanted, you get your money back. Fourteen days, no questions asked, no form to fill in.
The policy
You can have a full refund of your $19 within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason or for none. You do not have to explain yourself, you do not have to prove anything, and we will not try to talk you out of it or offer you something else instead.
The 14 days run from the moment the payment goes through. Having opened your dossier, read all of it, or shared it with someone does not affect your right to a refund inside that window.
How to ask for one
Email support@thelookdossier.com and say you want a refund. One line is enough.
So that we can find your purchase, please include either of these:
- the email address you gave at checkout, or
- the link to your dossier.
We reply within two business days. The refund itself is issued to the card you paid with — we cannot send it anywhere else — and it usually takes another few business days to appear on your statement, which is your bank's timing rather than ours.
What happens to your dossier
When a refund is issued, the link to your dossier stops working. That is the trade: the refund undoes the purchase, and the purchase is what the link is. If you want to keep a copy of anything in it, save or print the page before you write to us.
Nothing else on the site is affected. The three questionnaires and the twelve season guides are free and stay available to you, refund or no refund.
After 14 days
The no-questions-asked window closes after 14 days. If something is actually wrong after that — your link does not load, a section is missing, a result does not match the answers you gave — write to us anyway. That is a fault for us to fix, not a refund to argue about, and we would rather hear about it.
Before you dispute a charge
Please email us first. A refund from us is faster than a dispute through your bank, and inside the 14-day window there is nothing to dispute — you can simply have the money back by asking.
There is nothing to cancel
The Look Dossier is a single $19 charge. There is no subscription, no membership and no renewal, so there is no recurring payment to stop and no cancellation to remember. If you ever see a second charge from us, tell us — it would be an error, and we would refund it.
