What to write about
- A refund. Fourteen days, no questions asked — just say so. See the refund policy.
- A lost dossier link. Write from the email address you used at checkout and we will send it again.
- A payment problem — a charge you do not recognize, a payment that did not go through, a receipt you need. Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix it the same day.
- A result that looks wrong. The scoring is deterministic, so "this verdict does not match my answers" is a bug we can reproduce and fix, not a matter of opinion. Send your dossier link, or the answers you gave, and say what you expected.
- A privacy request — a copy of what we hold about you, or deletion of it. See the privacy policy.
- A correction to a guide. The season pages cite their sources; if one of them is wrong or out of date, tell us which claim and we will fix or remove it.
What helps us answer faster
If your message is about a purchase, include whichever of these you have:
- the email address you gave at checkout;
- the link to your dossier;
- the date of the charge, and how it appeared on your statement.
Why there is no contact form
Because a form would be one more thing on this site that quietly sends your data somewhere. The questionnaires send nothing at all, and the only request the site makes is the one you start yourself by going to checkout. We would rather keep that true and give you an email address than add a form for the look of it.
What we cannot do
- Personal styling by email. There is no consultation service here, no stylist and no appointment. Everything we can tell you about your coloring and your proportions is what the tests and the dossier produce.
- Analyze a photo of you. Please do not send photographs — we do not process images and we would rather not receive them.
- Medical or dermatological questions. We can tell you which colors sit well next to your skin. Anything about your skin itself belongs with a doctor.
